Sometimes we forget about how important it is for us to be healthy and in shape as a couple.
Studies have shown when couples workout, dance, weight train, and pray together it creates a healthy and exciting relationship. It is said that when couples train and pray together it strengthens the relationship.
When you weight train you push each other to get to the next level.

This brings encouragement and confidence to the relationship. Sometimes you may not feel like you have enough strength to get through the day, well reflect back to your partner and how he or she encourages you and pull out your Bible.

Scripture: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Study and meditate on the word together and watch your relationship become healthier.
Start the morning off by praying together and partner training with the weights.

Stretching and Relaxing together as a couple is another fun things to do together. Stretching will show how important it is to have some quiet time together. Stretching is known for healing and distressing the mind. Do it together after a busy day at work.

Gospel Dance at Its Best is a soul stirring red carpet dance event that will showcase a fresh, new style of dance, choreography, and uplifting performances from the church to the mainstream stage. Dynamic dance teams will display inspirational dances such as praise dance, Hip-hop, step, mime, singing and much more.

Starting Wednesday October, 27 watch FOX Richmond for the SYTYCD Audition keyword then text it to 67336.

If you are one of the first 240 ELIGIBLE people to pre-register, you will receive your audition time back by text. Once you've received your pre-registration confirmation text, download the official rules and entry form.

Bring your completed entry form to The Byrd Theatre at 2908 W. Cary Street, Richmond, VA 23221 on Tuesday November 9, 2010 45-minutes prior to your designated audition time. If 240 registrants are not pre-registered by 9 a.m. registration will be available for those who did not pre-register until all 240 positions are filled.

Participants in the FOX Richmond SYTYCD Audition will be expected to perform 30-seconds of a choreographed dance. In addition, the participant must bring with them a CD with their music on it, cued up to 15-seconds prior to their 30-seconds of audition music. A panel of qualified judges will award a number between 1 and 10 for each performer and those numbers will be tallied to determine one (1) WINNER and two (2) FINALISTS, based on stage presence/showmanship/personality, technique(proper form, execution of movement, transitions), and difficulty of routine/choreography.

Preparation is very important if you want to complete any task. We are cleaning house and redocorating the inside. (our temple)We want it to have a glow about us when people gaze at us when we minister. Just image being like a light house spereading the Gospel of Christ thorugh your movement.

Using the art of dance and the gift that God has bestowed upon you to tell your testimony on Television. Oh! can't you see it. We would connect to some hurting hearts and souls. Step out on faith and be a good steward and use your Gifts and Talents.

Our goal is to connect with minsters that are committed and have a heart for God.
Hebrews 11:Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a hugh crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially sin that so easily hinders our progress. And let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from start to finish.

Matthew 4:4 People need more than bread for their life; they must feed on every word of God. (Jesus)

This is the day the Lord has made and I will be glad and rejoice in it. This is the 10th day of the Proverbs journey and of course it will seem like you want to turn around. Who wants to change when they have been doing it their way for so long. Eating whatever you have a taste for, putting your dreams on the back burner for someone else's dreams, saying things about people that you don't even know. Wow! We have so much to work on. Come on...I'm not perfect! Are you perfect? Remember this is about moving to the next dimension in your ministry. Regardless, if dance, singing, teaching, preaching, etc. The temple must be cleaned and reorganized.

Question: Did you follow your instructions for today?

That is, drink your water before prayer and scripture. Flush everything out first before you begin your day. Also, fruits and vegetables and plenty of water. Help me out with this...please. Don't just log on to read the blog, follow it with me.

As we prepare our temples to ministry to the nations by the way of the Television Network, lets pray and ask the Lord to use our "Gifts" accordingly. Let's pray for above all, true knowledge
and wisdom as we prepare for God's plan to unfold in our lives. I do believe he has opened a GATEWAY for us to understand the importance of treating others with fairness and justice through the Ministry of Dance. He has chosen us to be a light to the path of those who are lost and unsaved. Not only that he has given us the power to heal the sick and set the captives free.

Mark 1: 1-3 The beginning of the gospel about Jesus Christ, the son of God. It written in Isaiah the prophet: "I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way"-a voice of one calling in the desert, "Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him."

God has moved us toward our calling and purpose. So, during this time of preparation as a Proverbs Dance Minister/leader... I'm for certain God will test our Spirit on being loyal, humble, and hard-working under his authority. That's why we are directed to Proverbs as we cleanse out our mind, body, spirit, and soul. We want to be wise and recognize practical teachings and spiritual teachings. Therefore, when the times comes for us t0 move to the next dimension of ministering we will be discipline and obedient to our calling, purpose and the word of God.

Let's close together with looking at the words in the book of proverbs with insight and understanding.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.

Proverbs 1:8-Listen, my son to your father's instruction and do not forsake your mother's teaching. They will be a garland to grace your head and a chain to adorn your neck.

Proverbs 1:20 Wisdom calls aloud in the street, she raise her voice in the public squares;

Proverbs 1:21 at the head of the noisy streets she cries out, in the gateways of the city she makes her speech:

Proverbs 22. How long will you simple ones live your simple ways?

God is the author and the finisher of all that is created in heaven and in earth. Let's prepare according for this battle! Put on your Armor of God and take your rightful place i the Kingdom!

Gospel Dance Audition-Dancer Proverbs Transformation

It's time to move to the next level and prepare our mind, body, and soul, for the journey that's ahead of us. For the next 30 days join me in preparing your temple for transformation. For the week of March 1-7, 2010... join me everyday at 7am Juicing/Prayer and 10pm for prayer/water .

Words of Wisdom and Knowledge
We will be meeting in the Spirit. We will focus on Proverbs 1-Monday, Proverbs 2-Tuesday, Proverbs 3-Wednesday, Proverbs 4-Thursday, Proverbs 5-Friday, Proverbs 6-Saturday, and Proverbs 7-Sunday. This will be beginning to a new you.

Starting off we will stay basic with cardiovascular movement. I'm encouraging you to; dance, walk, jump rope, run, low impact. 15-30 mins. This will build up your endurance.

Pick one of the cardio movements that would accommodate you.
Plenty of fruits and,veggies, beans, and nuts/seeds.

Please drink 8 glasses of water when you getup. (64 oz's )-GET READY it begins Monday?
Get plenty of rest !!!
